Novawisla Resort & Spa - Wisla

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities met my expectations. Regarding transportation, it was easy to get around this city since it's well-connected. The breakfast provided was great, and I relished every bite.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel is a true gem, with luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of body treatments such as full-body massage and facial. the sauna and spa lounge were the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. the location advantages were outstanding, with a sun terrace and garden area perfect for enjoying the stunning views.

The lack of in-room breakfast was a minor inconvenience. the room advantages were exclusive, with beautiful decor and a private facilities that provided a feeling of exclusivity.

We stayed at a boutique hotel with beautiful decor creating a homely atmosphere. the helpful staff provided us with a fantastic breakfast and booked a private spa session which we absolutely loved. the location gave us easy access to popular attractions and we enjoyed the stunning view from our room's balcony.

The holiday we had planned was marred by an inconveniencing driveway that led to the hotel car park, which was steep and treacherous to navigate, especially during the winter season.

Everything was spot on.

Great Xmas atmosphere! the decoration is incredibly beautiful! the staff was always willing to help us with any question we had. the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the Christmas Eve dinner was top-notch. the location was perfect, very central but without the noise. We also appreciated that they offered a shuttle service to the main attractions.

The gravel path to the car park was too steep, and our car slipped. When we asked for help, the owner did not come to our assistance, and instead called the police.

Great design, friendly staff, and convenient location. The hotel's interior is stylish and modern, its staff is welcoming and attentive, and its location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Poor customer service, unprofessional management, and disappointing amenities. Unfortunately, the hotel's poor customer service and unprofessional management left us feeling disappointed.
